Checks built in

Every one leaves a record.

  • Measurable requirements
  • Stock and lifecycle checks
  • Schematic peer review
  • Footprints vs datasheets
  • DRC and factory DFM
  • Gerbers checked layer by layer
  • AOI and X-ray at the factory
  • Bench, stress and field tests

You get

Yours in full.

  • Schematic (source + PDF)
  • PCB layout files
  • Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place
  • Assembly drawings
  • BOM with alternates
  • 3D STEP model
  • Test report
  • Video demo

We need

Whatever you have.

  • What the board must do
  • Enclosure or size limits
  • Target cost and volume
  • Any existing design
  • Certifications needed

Quick answers

How many layers will my board need?

As few as possible. Radios, USB and switching power usually need 4+.

What if a part goes out of stock?

Alternates are on the BOM from day one. You hear the same day.

Can you fix someone else's design?

Yes. We review it and tell you: fix it or re-layout.

Tell us where your project is

Sketch, prototype or finished design. We'll tell you which steps it needs, and the cost.
